**Protech** are currently looking for a **Leading Hand or Experienced Civil Labourer **to assisted leading a crew on a major project in the Camden area.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Immediate Start
- Mon - Fri + Saturday's as required
- Experience dependant: $34 to $43 p/h + OT + Allowances + Super
- Weekly Pay
- Onsite Parking
- 1+ year remaining on project

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist Supervisor and Superintendent in organising and supervising onsite crew
- Ensure day to day operations run effectively and safely
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to the team consisting of labouring and/or machine operating where required
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Civil labouring duties as required

**TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Full Australian Working Rights
- Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Minimum 12 months experience in the civil earthworks is a must
- Plant Tickets - Roller and Dump - beneficial but not essential
- Good work ethic with a can-do attitude

Pay: $34.00 - $43.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
