**The Role**

We are seeking an assistant Restaurant & Cafe Service Manager to lead & develop their team with all the general duties of running the Day Service/ Night service. This may be with or without the restaurant manager so you must be able to work independently and communicate effectively.

**Key areas of responsibility**
- Lead operations and staff on shift
- Be able to work well independently
- Elevate the customer experience from excellent to remarkable
- Develop the team through coaching and training
- Be hands on throughout the entire shift
- High level of attention to detail and organisation.

**Skills**

Proven experience in a management role in the hospitality industry is a MUST. However, we are all about the attitude and it is vital that you have the following attributes:

- Vibrant, enthusiastic and cheerful personality
- Passion for food, quality and making the customers love us
- Great leadership and communication skills with people from different cultural backgrounds
- Collaborative attitude, adaptability and the drive to always go a step closer to perfection
- Aptitude in decision making and problem solving

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $69,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
