**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking to welcome a number of experienced customer service professionals to join our Car Park team on a casual basis. Reporting through to our Precinct Operations team, your role is to serve guests in a car park environment ensuring a safe and efficient entry and exit from car parks on M&OP precinct. You will also utilise the Car Park Automation system to monitor and manage access to M&OP's venues whilst resolving customer and client queries.

In this role you will be rostered onto shifts according to our event calendar and other events taking place around the M&OP precinct. You may be required to work across a number of locations on the precinct and various entry and exit points.

Our thriving precinct operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Work in our Car Park area often takes place on weekends and weeknights typically from 4pm until late. To be successful in this role your availability will need to be flexible and include being available during the peak event times between August and March each year.

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE**
- Exceptional customer service, with the ability to problem solve and communicate effectively to customers.
- Experience working a high pressure, fast paced environment.
- Proven ability to use your initiative and show good judgment in high pressure situations.
- Have a willingness to support others, work cooperatively as part of a team and be adaptable.
- Be self-motivated with excellent personal presentation and a positive and professional attitude.
- Hold relevant certificates and qualifications including Working with Children Check (or ability to get one), First Aid - Level 2 or above, Customer Service, Conflict Resolution or similar (desired)
