- Food Trends and Innovation Analysis
- Staff and Volunteer Management
- Compliance and Safety
- Customer Service and Student Engagement

**What we're looking for**
- Experience as a Canteen or Catering Manager
- Thorough understanding of stock ordering and control, food handling, food allergy and food safety training.
- Oversight on all areas of Occupational health and Safety as applicable to Canteen operations
- A high level of administrative and organisational ability and the ability to work as part of and lead a team
