The **IT Support Coordinator** plays a critical support role in ensuring seamless digital operations across Contour. This **newly created, part-time role** is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the software & hardware ecosystem, supporting the onboarding and offboarding of team members, and serving as **the first point of contact for internal technical support**.
With a proactive approach to IT systems and a solutions-focused mindset, the IT Support Coordinator underpins the technological functionality that supports **Contour’s mission to reshape education, one student at a time.**

**The Role**:
**What You’ll Do**
- **
Onboarding & Offboarding**: Manage and execute system, software, and hardware onboarding and offboarding for all team members, ensuring timely access to tools and secure revocation and hardware return upon exit.
- ** Systems Access & Permissions**: Provision software and hardware resources, set up user accounts, and manage permissions aligned with role-based access control and security protocols.
- ** Technical Support**: Act as first response for technical support, resolving or escalating issues related to the organisation’s software stack, organisation-owned hardware (e.g. laptops, monitors, routers), and connectivity (e.g. Wi-Fi access and network troubleshooting).
- ** IT Support Ticketing**: Maintain and monitor IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and upholding service quality standards.
- ** Tool & Hardware Management**: Maintain accurate records of all software, licences, hardware inventory, and usage metrics; support renewals, audits, and hardware lifecycle management.
- ** Security & Compliance**: Support adherence to data privacy, software licensing, and cyber security best practices across all platforms.

**Experience Requirements**
**Completed the VCE**
**Bachelor's Degree** in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Information Technology or a related field
**Prior Experience in a Similar Role,**eg. IT Support or IT Service Desk _(ideal)_
