**About the Role**

As the **Part-Time Store Manager**, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Glenelg boutique. With approximately 56 hours per fortnight, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our store’s success. Your role involves leading a passionate team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and managing day-to-day operations. You'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a French-inspired fashion environment while contributing to our commitment to sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**

**_Sales Generation _**
- **Drive and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer service.**
- **Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to maximise profitability.**

**_Community Engagement _**
- **Develop and maintain strong relationships with the local community.**
- **Plan and execute events to enhance the boutique's presence and engage customers.**

**_Brand Ambassadorship _**
- **Represent Blue Illusion with enthusiasm, embodying the brand values and French-inspired aesthetic.**
- **Actively promote the boutique within the local community.**

**_Customer Building _**
- **Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers through personalised service.**
- **Implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.**
