Sushi Bay is an established Japanese restaurant located in Macarthur Square, Campbelltown.

We are looking for motivated and energetic wait staff that can excel in high pressure/high turnover environments. Most importantly, staff will be expected to provide a high level of customer service at all times.

Your duties will include:
Greeting customers and showing them to their table.
Preparing tables, ensuring they are sanitised and fully set.
Maintaining knowledge of the complete menu, daily specials, and available items.
Attending tables and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Back of house duties such as dishwashing and other prep.
Stocktaking and organising.
Ensuring the premises and its equipment is clean.
Delivering checks and taking payments.
Handling customer complaints.
Strictly adhering to food, sanitary, and safety standards.

Applicants with 1+ years of experience is highly preferred. Applicants must develop an understanding of our menu and therefore an understanding of Japanese cuisine is highly preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Permanent
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $20.33 - $43.20 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
