**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Salary**:$78,564 - $111,391 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + annual leave loading (dependant on qualifications and experience).
**Time Fraction**: Full Time, 1.0 EFT.
**Location**:North Melbourne Campus.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Police Check**:Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
**Position Status**:Ongoing contract of appointment, with a 6-month qualifying period.

In this dynamic role, you'll be actively involved in all aspects of the learning journey - from responding to course inquiries to assessing students' educational needs. By employing diverse teaching and assessment strategies, you'll create an engaging and inclusive learning experience tailored to a wide range of students.

As a valued team member, you'll contribute to course coordination, provide exceptional support, and help enhance student learning outcomes. Your expertise and passion will directly impact the growth and success of our institution.

**ABOUT YOU**
- An approved degree or diploma in Electrotechnology or other relevant vocational area, or approved equivalent qualifications, at least to the level being delivered and assessed.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE 40122 or equivalent predecessor or successor qualifications.
- Current licences necessary to practice, or registration and/or membership of a relevant industry association where applicable.
- Demonstrated experience as a teacher of vocational and/or higher education and training programs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills essential for effective teaching.
- Ability to function autonomously, work independently and/or coordinate work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
