We believe in creating memories as delightful as the dishes As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will spend your shifts working across our restaurant, bar, room service and events spaces, delivering the perfect dining experience to our guests. You'll work amongst an amazing Food and Beverage team, who thrive when working as one confident and strong team.

We're seeking experienced Food & Beverage team members to join our breakfast or dinner service, working predominately in either the early morning or evenings.

**What we need from you**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a busy restaurant, cafe or hotel setting
- A warm and positive personality that shines through to our guests and team
- A great knowledge of food trends, wine lists, beers and spirits
- Specialist experience as either barista, cocktails or wine lists highly regarded
- A current Victorian RSA certificate
- Strong - sometimes you’ll need to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg. This can involve bending and kneeling
- Flexible - part time shifts in the evenings, weekend and public holiday shifts are all part of the job
- You must have working rights to work in Australia
