**Responsibilities**:
**Sourdough Production**:

- Prepare and manage sourdough.
- Mix, shape, and proof sourdough breads according to established recipes and standards.
- Monitor fermentation and baking times to ensure consistent quality.

**Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular quality checks on dough and finished products.
- Uphold high standards for flavour, texture, and appearance of sourdough products.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other team members, including assistant bakers and pastry chefs, to ensure smooth production flow.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and management.

**Cleanliness and Safety**:

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Innovation**:

- Contribute ideas for new sourdough variations and products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into the baking process.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 or more years of experience as a professional baker, with a focus on sourdough production.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of sourdough fermentation and traditional bread-making techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

**Team Player**:

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to collaborate with other members of the kitchen team.
