We’re looking for a **friendly, motivated Retail Assistant** to join our rural supplies store. This isn’t just a job - it’s a chance to learn, grow, and build a career in retail with a company that invests in its people.

What you’ll be doing:

- Welcoming customers and making sure they have a great experience
- Learning about our products and sharing your knowledge with customers
- Helping with stock, deliveries, and keeping the store looking its best
- Working the register and supporting day-to-day store operations
- Being part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun along the way

What we’re looking for:

- A people person who enjoys helping customers
- Positive, reliable, and a strong team player
- Eager to learn and develop new skills (we’ll train you)
- Previous retail or customer service experience is handy but not essential

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
