Store Manager

Crust Pizza is a renowned and rapidly growing pizza chain, known for its delicious gourmet pizzas and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our Maitland team. As a Store Manager at Crust Pizza Maitland, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our store, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Operational Management:

- Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and food safety protocols.
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning.
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures to consistently deliver exceptional products and service to our customers.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

2. Team Leadership and Development:

- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dedicated and passionate staff members, including shift supervisors and team members.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, motivating and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs to promote individual and team growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and enforce disciplinary actions when necessary.

3. Customer Service Excellence:

- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring effective resolution.
- Foster a customer-centric culture among the team, encouraging upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.

4. Financial Management:

- Achieve sales targets, monitor costs, and manage the store's profit and loss statements.
- Analyse financial reports and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies accordingly.
- Control inventory levels, minimize waste, and optimize product ordering to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the food service or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing memorable experiences for customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members, customers, and suppliers.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
