Our range of products and services includes the fabrication and installation of aluminium windows and doors in commercial settings, as well as comprehensive domestic installation and repair services.

We are currently seeking experienced Glaziers to join our on-site installation team within the Perth metropolitan region.

Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for both in-house and on-site glazing work, ensuring that performance, quality, and customer service standards are consistently met.

**Position Overview**:
As a Glazier at Alutech, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of glass and glazing products for both commercial and residential projects. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality service to our clients and ensure safety and accuracy in all aspects of the job.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, replace, and repair glass in windows, doors, and other glass structures.
- Measure and cut glass to the correct dimensions.
- Work with different types of glass, including tempered, laminated, and insulated.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any queries or concerns.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.
- Collaborate with other team members and management on project timelines and progress.
- Be well presented as you will be attending client homes

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Glazier or in a similar role for at least 3 years
- Strong knowledge of glass types, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges on-site.
- White card (or ability to obtain).

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Previous experience in commercial glazing projects.
- Knowledge of current safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.
