As Winter Sports Program Supervisor, you will deliver a variety of quality programs that align with business and operational needs of the Snowsports School. You will foster your coaching team to provide an inclusive and engaging environment for recreational and competitive snowsports across our specialty and seasonal programs. You will provide high-level quality of communication and program planning based on customer centred experience.
**In a typical day in this role, you might**:
- Inspire your coaching team to strive for fun, safe and skills-based programming.
- Develop and maintain practical systems for weekly planning, communication and reporting.
- Effectively communicate run usage, build requests and operational requirements to staff and management.
- Ensure outdoor operations and training environments are managed safely and appropriately.
**To be considered for this role, you should have**:
- Minimum of five (5) seasons of prior experience in the industry with a least two (2) seasons of prior coaching experience.
- Prior experience as a Lead Coach/Supervisor/Manger with leadership responsibilities.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff.
- Current Coach or Instructor (APSI or equivalent) certification.
