**Remuneration**:

- **$70,000 - $80,000 + super + bonus scheme.**:

**About the Role**:
**As a Sales and Purchasing Administrator, you will report to the Sales and Marketing Executive and work alongside a purchasing officer and the sales team in an open-plan office environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing customer orders, generating supplier purchase orders, updating relevant teams with order updates, reviewing sales trends to predict forecasts, and working with suppliers to obtain best prices for the company.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Process 20 customer orders per day**:

- **Process purchase orders for our 150 suppliers.**:

- **Follow up on delivery lead times and notify relevant teams of changes and delays.**:

- **Use previous data and sales figures to create purchasing forecasts.**:

- **Maintain stock information to ensure accuracy.**:

- **Support the sales team by confirming product costs and pricing changes.**:

- **Source alternative suppliers in the event a main supplier has supply issues.**:

- **Negotiate pricing with suppliers based on volume and/or frequency of purchasing schedule.**:

- **Monitor supplier performance and report on ongoing nonconformance.**:

- **Conduct product quality assessments.**:

- **Onboard new suppliers as and if required.**:

- **Build good rapport, trust and relationships with suppliers.**

**Skills and Experience**:

- **2+ years of experience in a Sales and Purchasing role.**:

- **Pricing negotiating skills and experience.**:

- **Ability to build trust and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.**:

- **Technical baking skills (Highly Regarded)**:

- **Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.**:

- **MS Office Suite experience (Outlook and Excel).**:

- **Experience with ERP systems (preferred).**:

- **Understanding of HACCP/QA programs (preferred)**

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
