This SM position is Part-Time with approximately 25 hours per week. The regular week will be 4-5 days from Tuesday to Saturday. This role is perfect for achieving the ultimate Work-Life Balance

**About the Opportunity**
- People management: leading, coaching, developing, motivating and succession planning a high performing team
- Financial management: drive store profitability through budget and KPI performance along with wage control and minimising shrinkage
- Inventory management: high volume stock control, visual merchandising and store presentation
- Operations management: administrative tasks and stocktake

**About You**

To be successful, we will need a few things from you including experience in the below:

- Previous store management experience with a proven ability to lead high performing sales teams
- The ability, and passion to motivate, inspire and engage team members in a fast paced environment
- Experience in a high volume stock environment with superior organisational and time management skills
- Be a true brand ambassador and display this through your attitude, performance and personal presentation
