**About the Role**

We have a young client in the** Adelaide's Southern Suburbs **area with **Standard Personal Care** needs and your responsibilities will include:

- Support the client with **activities out in the community,** be there to offer companionship & friendship
- Providing Support in everyday activities around the home
- Have excellent communication skills in the English Language
- Willingness to be trained as a communication partner, using **gesture** and **ProloQUo**:

- ** Variety of Shifts available **throughout the week + opportunity for extra hours nearby

**About you**

As an experienced **Support Worker**, you will bring with you a wonderful attitude and approach that is client centric. With the client’s needs front and centre you will have/be:

- Passionate about supporting children with a disability
- Good **Manual Handing skills** including hoist
- Experienced working with **physical disabilities **and** communication difficulties**:

- NDIS Clearance, Working with Children’s Check, National Police Check & Current First Aid & CPR
- Up to date Covid 19 vaccinations including booster shot
