We are looking for a **native Australian English linguist** (L2/L3) to work on an AI-driven project focused on **conversational tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs).** The role involves interacting with LLMs, providing feedback, and **teaching the AI how to properly speak in the native dialect**, ensuring accurate **accent, tone, intonation, and pronunciation.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage in conversations with LLMs to **fine-tune their voice and linguistic accuracy.**:

- Provide real-time feedback to improve **pronunciation, fluency, and naturalness.**:

- Record **audio samples** and correct the AI’s responses.
- Conduct **linguistic reviews** (for L3-level applicants).

**Requirements**:

- **Native speaker** of Australian English (born and raised in Australia).
- **L2-Level**: Minimum **4 years of experience** as a linguist.
- **L3-Level**: Minimum **8 years of experience**, including **reviewing and auditing.**:

- Preferred experience in **LLM translations or AI language training.**:

- Strong understanding of **phonetics, pronunciation, and dialectal differences.**
