Sustainable Award winning food producer seeks engaging HR Coordinator to join their team in Meredith

My client is passionate about Australian family business, there animals, sustainable farming, and creating beautiful healthy products that taste great. Being a leading brand, they are now looking to find their next HR coordinator to join them on their journey

YOUR NEW ROLE

The primary function of the role is to partner with the business to build resilience and transform the organisation to a high performing, safe and healthy workplace.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Partner with the business to provide strategy, flexible and client-valued HR functions
- Build and drive successful relationships across the business while actively promoting a positive and consultative HR style
- In conjunction with leaders and managers, drive people process to support employee’s achievement of capabilities, performance and their full potential.
- Support and promote the ongoing nature of organisational change, managing specific projects as required, and participating in functional and cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage, support and assist with Recruitment
- Process payroll
- Working within the human resources department you will anticipate and resolve queries with practical skills and be available to communicate these.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

This role is 100% onsite, you will be driven and motivated to succeed, you will have demonstrated high level organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
