CT Group specialise in supplying reliable, qualified workers for the civil construction, trades, manufacturing and warehousing industries.

We are currently seeking to employ FACTORY HANDS for roles in Richlands.

There are openings on both Day and Afternoon Shifts.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following selection criteria:

- Experience in a factory or steel production environment - Highly Regarded
- Current High Risk Forklift Licence - Highly Regarded, not essential
- This is a ‘repetitive’ role and attention to detail is VITAL;
- Be physically fit and capable of lifting
- Able to complete manual tasks - the role will involve manual lifting, bending, squatting and kneeling
- Able to communicate clearly, take & follow directions and be proactive in the workplace
- OH&S aware and willing to commit to quality and safety procedures and work instructions
- Have full PPE including steel capped boots, Hi Vis shirts and long pants
- Available for an immediate start
- Motivation is a key factor in the position as these positions could lead to permanent work
