As a Financial Planning Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planners and advisors in delivering top-notch financial services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing client files and documentation in an organized and compliant manner.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial plans, including data gathering, analysis, and report generation.
- Coordinating client meetings and ensuring all necessary materials and information are readily available.
- Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and requests.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain accurate client records and financial data.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
