We have an exciting opportunity for a Harvesting Supervisor to join our diverse and dynamic team in the Bathurst region of NSW.

**About the role**:
The purpose of this role is to prepare site-based Harvesting and road plans and supervise harvesting operations in the Management Area to ensure the direction, targets and plans provided within the Business Plan and Regional Budget are implemented.
**We would love you to have**:

- Experience in supervision/leadership is highly desirable. If you don’t, we are keen to find someone with strong communication skills, who can develop trusting relationships with staff and contractors.
- The ability to supervise and manage operations to support value recovery and meet operational production targets.
- The capability to provide clear direction and to resolve and foresee any potential complications and communicating these in a constructive and positive manner.
- You instinctively think about and contribute to maintaining your safety and the safety of others first.
- Excellent forward planning and organisational skills.
- You are willing to be trained and part of our fire-fighting team.
- You have a current and valid driver’s license.
