Looking for Gelato Maker for Cow and the Moon to join our team as we venture down to Wollongong.

**About Cow and the Moon**:
We are well established, family run gelato and coffee shop that specialises in artisan products and bespoke sweets. We are looking for someone is eager to learn about the art of gelato making to help carry on our legacy for outstanding, award winning gelato.

**The role**:

- 25 - 30hrs per week
- Producing high volumes of quality gelato
- Assist the kitchen with cake production and sweet and pastry baking
- Collaborating with a hard working kitchen team

**We Offer**:

- Part time/casual role with rotating roster, public holiday and weekends included
- Ongoing training for gelato making and sweet production
- A diverse and supportive team environment

**About You**:

- 1 year hospitality experience (kitchen preferred but not essential)
- Full working rights
- A genuine interest in dessert and gelato
- Ability to work in a close knit team
- Excited and open to learning new skills

**Start date**: Early March

**Location**:101 Crown Street, Wollongong (Lang’s Corner)

**Training Location**: 181 Enmore Road, Enmore, Sydney

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
