Topcon Precision Agriculture (TPA) is a subsidiary of Topcon Positioning Systems Inc. (TPS). TPA develops and manufactures leading-edge satellite positioning and guidance systems, electronic controls, mapping, monitoring, and land leveling solutions for agriculture.

The Storeperson has overall responsibility for all warehouse tasks, such as goods receiving, picking sales orders and stocktaking of products.

Job Responsibilities:
- Undertake warehouse duties within all areas of the warehouse including Goods Inwards and dispatch.- Operating computer, using our ERP software for warehousing and production requirements, courier software and Salesforce- Maintain records of output for all facets of Stores- Report any known stock discrepancies and variation and revision discrepancies on product to team leader- Maintain stock locations and bulk excess locations- Receive incoming deliveries and sign collection documentation- Unloading and loading of courier vehicles as required- Check quantity and supplied product against supplier paperwork and Topcon purchase order
- report discrepancies.- Conduct quality inspections as described by the QA team- Carry out goods inspections as required and report discrepancies immediately.- Check for internal shortages and deliver to respective destination.- Ensure recording of stock and stock quantities are accurate and figures are reliable.- Prioritize outstanding picking sales orders- Select, pack, label, consign with specified carrier’s- Ensure urgently prioritized work requirements are met- Ensure at all times all work areas are kept tidy and free from hazards such as packaging material.- Coordinate with and assist other areas such as production, service, engineering, facilities and others as required.- Operate forklift, reach truck and manual lifting equipment as required

Skills and Experience- 1-2 years’ experience in warehouse logistics desirable- 12 months experience in electronic component handling knowledge desirable- A current Forklift license (LF)- Drivers License desirable- SAP (S4) software knowledge desirable- RF scanning experience desirable- Certificate III in Warehousing looked upon favorably
