This role is dedicated and focused on the accounts receivable function for the RAC Arena Operation and to provide accounts support to the accountant to ensure efficient and effective accounting and financial management.

**About Role**
- Integration and invoicing of corporate suite & box charges.
- Creation of function invoices from function settlements.
- Invoicing renewal of suite licences and generation of other invoices as required.
- Daily follow up of outstanding debtor invoices and bank reconciliations
- Process credit card payments for suite and function invoices.
- Up to date and accurate capital expenditure tracking.

**About You**
- Certificate IV in Business or Accounting Studies (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent computer skills (including word, excel and accounting packages).
- Previous experience in financial reconciliation including holding accounts, merchant clearing a balance sheets.
- Sound administrative and organisational skills.
- Good data processing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Previous experience using a POS and financial software program.
