**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of eCommerce APAC you will be responsible for setting up, optimising and managing our in-house affiliate programme, increasing our brand’s exposure by driving traffic, revenue and ROI

Main responsibilities include:

- Management of the affiliate network, from identifying and recruiting new partners, updating commission levels, KPI analysis and managing campaigns and tracking
- Support with alignment with google analytics reporting and tracking
- Deliver and support key brand moments and campaigns, by setting up and managing partner placements through our affiliate programme
- Support the Global Affiliate Lead to develop and strengthen strategic relationships
- Own and deliver the affiliate briefing process with our internal marketing team
- Deliver weekly reporting across our affiliate programme identifying KPIs, and providing insights to help drive optimum performance and ROI
- Work collaboratively with our network to ensure a best in class affiliate programme
- Regularly complete competitor analysis, communicate and share best practice ensuring this is always adhered to

**About You**

A passion for travel and tourism is essential for any of our roles, and to truly shine in this position our other Selection Criteria includes:
Essential:

- Working knowledge of Affiliate networks, ideally Partnerize
- Hands on experience of running affiliate account and campaigns
- Proficient use of Excel to create and update reports and work with large data sets to draw insight from.
- Be an excellent communicator and influencer.
- Passionate and driven individual, who can demonstrate their enthusiasm for digital.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi task and hit the ground running within a hand on role.

Ideally:

- Basic understanding of the ecommerce landscape across Asia including prominent platforms and ecommerce trends
- Any relevant multilingual skills will be favourable due to supporting a wide variety of attractions operating across Thailand, South Korea, Japan, Singapore & Hong Kong
