Job Description: Kiosk Manager (Full time)

Location: Perth - North of the river region

The Jerky Co is a family owned, Western Australia based company that takes premium air-dried meats to a new level of flavour, quality and customer satisfaction. We achieve this by producing our products using the finest MSA grade WA beef marinated for over 24 hours and only top-quality ingredients from family recipes that date back 20+ years.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Kiosk Manager to lead our dynamic retail operation in the North region of Perth (Perth City to Clarkson). As a Kiosk Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our valued customers, while driving sales and maintaining operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate a team of enthusiastic sales associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching to maximise their potential and meet sales targets
- Strategically schedule triweekly rosters across kiosks using the Deputy Rostering platform to the benefit of employees, customers and sales
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies, ensuring that kiosk objectives are achieved
- Establish and maintain a customer-centric culture, ensuring exceptional customer service standards and enhancing customer loyalty
- Obtain a high level of hygiene to ensure compliance with current Health and Safety regulations/standards
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and reflects the brand image, creating an inviting and inspiring shopping environment
- Inventory management, including stocktake, stock replenishment, ordering, and maintaining appropriate stock levels
- Monitor and analyse sales reports, identifying opportunities and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and product knowledge

**_Requirements_**
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role within the retail or food industry
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Scheduling and rostering proficiency (bonus Deputy experience favoured)
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Strong business acumen and the ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets
- Proficient in analysing sales reports, identifying trends, and implementing effective strategies accordingly
- Solid understanding of visual merchandising principles and its impact on sales
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
