Branch Administrator

**AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE FOR A BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR**

Our branch has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to join our store as a **Branch** Administrator.**

If you are someone who has excellent organisational and time management skills ideally with experience in mechanical environments, then this position is for you. You will have a high degree of customer service, together with strong communication skills, which will ensure you can effectively support the team at our Leongatha Branch with daily coordination and organisational tasks.

**What does the role look like?**
- Attending to customer enquiries and bookings and completing necessary documentation
- This position will report to the Branch Manager and will be relied upon for as the first port of call to provide all general support to keep the branch running smoothly.
- Responsible for branch phone calls during business hours
- Ensure branch employee have the resources required to complete their roles
- Responsible for branch sundry purchase orders and consumable purchasing
- Responsible for Accounts Payable Folder and processing of invoices and scanning
