**The Role**:
We’re looking for **two enthusiastic Trainee Educators** (or Educators working toward their qualification) to join our dynamic team on a **part-time rotating roster**. These roles are perfect for someone eager to kickstart their career in early childhood education while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive setting.

**Roster Details**:

- **Shift 1**: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- **Shift 2**: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- _(Rotating between team members for variety and work-life balance)_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences.
- Support daily routines, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
- Work closely with a team of dedicated educators to inspire young learners.
- Help with light kitchen duties (meal prep and cleaning) to keep our centre running smoothly.

**What You Bring**:
Enrolled in (or willing to enroll in) a **Certificate III of Early Education and Care**
Flexibility to work **rotating shifts** between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Reliable transport to commute to **Kemps Creek, NSW**.
A genuine love for working with children and helping them grow.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: $25.13 - $41.83 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
