As an Early Development Partner, you’ll play a vital role in supporting families and children with developmental delays or disabilities to access the right supports. What you’ll be doing
- Work closely with families and children to assess needs and provide key worker supports in the community.
- Develop, plan, and deliver tailored programs to support children’s development.
- Help families access mainstream and community supports that build choice and independence.
- Collaborate with allied health professionals, educators, and community networks in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Manage a caseload and maintain accurate records in line with NDIS and organisational standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and support new team members.
What you’ll bring
- A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Developmental Education.
- Eligibility for membership/registration with your relevant professional body.
- Solid understanding of strength-based, family-centred, and best-practice early intervention approaches.
- Experience working with children with developmental delays, concerns, or disabilities and their families.
- Strong time management, organisational, and written communication skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with families, carers, and community providers.
- A current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and Driver’s Licence (or willingness to obtain).
