**THE ROLE**:
Crystalbrook Vincent is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead, develop and inspire our team of hard working and high performing team of passionate perfectionists

Are you a naturally positive and proactive leader with a passion for developing those around you? Do you possess a strong business acumen and the ambition to drive profitability? Can you confidently navigate the demands of high occupancy with strategic precision?

Our new Executive Housekeeper will report to the Hotel General Manager and oversees and directs the cleaning activities for the entire hotel. Working closely with other department heads, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organising and enhancement of the entire housekeeping operation whilst ensuring impeccable standards in the delivery of our excellent guest experience.

- A strong track record of leading large teams in the luxury hotel sector

- Proven experience of managing finances and accounts
- Skilled in executing operational budgets and consistently achieving financial targets
- Outstanding leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- IT proficiency and an ability to leverage technology to drive results
- A guest centric mindset, committed to delivering exceptional service and experiences
- Proactive and adaptable
- Accountable and resilient, with a natural confidence to handle high pressure situations
- Flexibility to work across a rotating schedule, including weekends
