**The Opportunity**

We are seeking experienced and motivated **Medical Receptionists** to join our foundation team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our clinic and the delivery of an exceptional patient experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage appointments and patient bookings using **Best Practice** software (Training Available)
- Answer incoming calls, respond to enquiries, and direct messages appropriately
- Process patient billing, Medicare claims, and payments accurately
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality at all times
- Support clinical staff with administrative requirements
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and welcoming
- Contribute to a positive team culture and assist colleagues as required

- Professional presentation and commitment to high standards of service
- Flexibility to cover shifts when required

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
