**Head of Admissions - Westbourne Grammar School**

Westbourne Grammar School is seeking a people-focused, data-informed and strategic Head of Admissions. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team and play a central role in welcoming new families into our vibrant community.

In this role, you will oversee the admissions journey. You will manage enquiries, lead tours, support enrolment decisions, and help families feel informed and supported at every stage. You will work closely with school leaders to guide enrolment planning, use data to track trends, and deliver a warm and efficient admissions experience that reflects the values of our school.

You will have at least five years of leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to plan, coordinate and deliver. You will be confident managing people, systems and timelines, and committed to providing exceptional service. Experience in education is valued, but not essential.
