Artisan Baker

Pixel Bakehouse have an excellent opportunity for a full time Baker to join our team.

As a Sourdough Artisan Baker at Pixel Bakehouse, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and baking expertise. You will be responsible for:

- Preparing, mixing, and shaping dough to create a wide variety of artisanal breads and pastries.
- Maintaining and managing our sourdough starters and levain.
- Baking a range of products in our ovens, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
- Contributing to the development of new and exciting recipes and products.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
- Adhering to our bakery's high standards for quality and consistency.
- Applicants for this position should:

- Have relevant tertiary qualifications
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Australian drivers licence.

Please note; this position is for a specialist baker and does not involve franchise premix products or mass production.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Molendinar, QLD 4214: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- bakery: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
