**About the role**
We are seeking experienced
**Float Drivers** to work within a dynamic and progressive civil construction company based in Geelong.

You’ll need to be able to:

- Maintain a safe work environment in line with our OH&S policy
- Safely secure loads within the required National Transport Commission (NTC) guidelines
- Operate a variety of earth-moving machinery
- Conduct operational checks of your equipment before you start work and after you finish (and complete the necessary documentation)

**About you**
You’ll have a commitment to your work and a positive mindset. More specifically, you’ll:

- Have experience working in the civil construction industry as a float driver
- Hold a current white (or red) card
- Enjoy working in a team to get the job done safely, to a high standard and on time
- Hold a current HC driver’s licence
- Have good communication skills
