**Unleash Your Potential: Exercise Physiologist Role with SALHN**

As an Exercise Physiologist at SALHN, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming lives through tailored exercise interventions. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you'll design and implement evidence-based programs to enhance patient outcomes and promote overall well-being. This rewarding opportunity allows you to make a tangible impact on the health and quality of life of individuals with chronic conditions and complex needs.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the DRS Manager & Physiotherapy Director, this role is responsible for ensuring optimal care and outcomes by providing a comprehensive range of therapy services to patients receiving supported early discharge and home rehabilitation. Duties for the role will include:

- Assessing patients' physical abilities, problems, and goals using a variety of formal and informal assessments,
- Documenting assessment findings and interventions,
- Monitoring the levels and types of EP services required by Ambulatory Rehabilitation

**About you**:

- Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification, usually in human movements, inclusive of the exercise physiology elective and eligible for accreditation from Exercise Sports Science Australia (ESSA),
- Ability to critically analyse or evaluate issues related to Exercise Physiology care in a manner which can be applied to quality activities, service evaluation, professional education or research with a commitment to ongoing professional development,
- Experience as a clinician in the assessment and provision of high-quality rehabilitation to clients with a variety of neurological and/or orthopaedic conditions
