**About the role - Sales Consultant**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ales Executive to drive our Permanent business division. Your goal is to grow this part of the business, expanding our customer base in new industries and geographies. Reporting to the CEO, you will identify and target potential new customers, utilising your Sales expertise and persuasive skills to attract new business. This is a great opportunity to set your own standards make this part of the business your own.

**Duties**
- Identify and targeting new potential customers in new markets and geographies
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Negotiating terms and conditions with clients
- Achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs
- Providing excellent customer service to both customer both internally and externally
- Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of the recruitment market and industry trends

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Experience in B2B Sales
- Exposure to Permanent recruitment and Consulting services
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and energetic with plenty of initiative and a can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Australian driver's license and own vehicle
