**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team on a contracting basis. You’ll create and deliver person centred behaviour support plans, collaborate closely with families and stakeholders, and champion innovative approaches to improve participants’ quality of life. This role is flexible and designed to fit your professional style, allowing you to make a genuine impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalised Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs).
- Collaborate with families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure strategies are practical and effective.
- Provide ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and adjustments to behaviour support strategies.
- Complete accurate, timely documentation meeting NDIS requirements.
- Foster respectful, empathetic relationships with clients and their support networks.

**About You**:

- Experienced as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
- Excellent communication, report-writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and compassionately about challenging behaviours.
- Reliable, self-driven, and organised, capable of managing your workload independently.
- Registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
- Live within the Ipswich/Brisbane area.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $100.00 - $134.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 30 per week
