**Job Title**: Sushi Maker

**Location**: Beechboro, WA (Altone Park Shopping Centre)

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare sushi rolls, nigiri, and other Japanese dishes
- Cook hot food items using a small fryer
- Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards
- Ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations

**Requirements**:
✔ **Must have prior kitchen experience**
✔ **Sushi-making experience is highly preferred**
✔ Must be able to work weekends
✔ Strong knife skills and ability to handle raw fish and other ingredients
✔ Ability to work efficiently under pressure
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: From $25.65 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
