We were founded to engage the local Aboriginal Community and provide training, employment and career development opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the Queensland cleaning, building and maintenance industry.
As part of this mission, our Services team deliver qualified building, maintenance and cleaning services to clients across Brisbane and South-East Queensland. There is now space for a skilled professional to join our team, managing our tendering and proposal function to support us in winning new business and securing opportunities for people within our organisation and community.
We are seeking an experienced Tender and Internal marketing Coordinator to oversee our small tender and marketing team, based in our modern offices in Eight Mile Plains. We are looking an experienced Tender Co-Ordinator to improve, formalise and manage our tender submission to increase the success rate and efficiencies in submission. Make the role your own
**Skills and experience preferred**:
A minimum of 3 years' demonstrated experience in a similar role
Must be comfortable and have experience in working with tenders and proposals to win new business
Excellent administration/coordination and attention to detail is a must in this role
Exceptional communication skills (in writing and face to face) with wide ranging audience operating in a deadline driven environment
A passion for customer service, collaboration and the ability to execute client focused outcomes
Excellent skills in full Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams) and Sharepoint 365
Demonstrated ability to work managing a team with excellent time management and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines
**Main Duties**:
Coordinating proposals / tenders in the area of cleaning and building services
Develop and maintain bid and tender response libraries to ensure the expedition of submissions
Adhering to strict tender timelines and client expectations is crucial
Identifying new opportunities through monitoring bid/proposal portals and informing relevant business group leaders of newly advertised requests for quotation or request for tender
Collating and coordinating inputs from various stakeholders contributing towards tenders/proposals
Preparing presentations and briefings to support shortlisting and professional pitches
Overseeing Company internal marketing and helping to coordinate events.
