Are you ready to bring the heat?

Chechos is Wollongong’s go-to Mexican bar and restaurant, serving up delicious contemporary tapas and tacos, spicy cocktails, and good vibes. We’re on the hunt for energetic and friendly front-of-house legends to join our vibrant crew

Your Mission:

- Serve guests with a smile (and maybe a side of guac)
- Take orders quickly and accurately
- Deliver food and drinks with flair and efficiency
- Create a welcoming and fun atmosphere
- Handle payments and operate the POS system
- Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to keep service flowing
- Know the menu - and recommend the perfect margarita
- Jump in wherever needed - we’re a team

You’ll be awesome at this if you:

- Are outgoing, positive, and love a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Thrive under pressure (like a jalapeño in hot sauce)
- Have previous hospitality or waitstaff experience (not essential - we train)
- Can work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Are 18+ with RSA certification
