**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Be well-versed in our menu and provide recommendations, including understanding of dish ingredients and drink pairings.
- **Order Management**: Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Keep the dining area tidy, reset tables, and assist in maintaining a clean environment.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle guest concerns with grace and escalate issues when necessary.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with fellow waitstaff, kitchen staff, and bartenders to ensure smooth service flow.

**Criteria & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- **Customer Focus**: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and engaging communication, with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- **Efficiency**: Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- **Team Player**: Willingness to assist colleagues and adapt to changing situations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.23 - $35.00 per hour
