We operate TSG & Cignall Retail Stores and pride ourselves on our friendly and professional service. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the face of our business and the 1st point of contact for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly yet professional manner face to face

Provide exceptional customer service upholding our strong reputation

Maintain the visual standards of the store and our brands

Cash handling, EFTPOS and balancing at the end of the shift

Stock replenishment, stock take and the processing of stock deliveries

Who are you?

You will have at least 1 years’ experience in Customer Service and cash handling

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced Retail environment

A passion for meeting and exceeding Sales Targets and Store KPI’s

A quick learner

Flexible to work morning, afternoon and weekend shifts

Fun, energetic and professional with a flair for exceeding customer expectations

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
