**About the Roles**

**1. Pharmacy Assistant - Supervisor Role**
As a **Pharmacy Assistant Supervisor**, you’ll work closely with the Retail Manager to lead and support the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth day-to-day operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the Retail Manager with team supervision and training.
- Managing stock levels, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Providing outstanding customer service and product recommendations.
- Collaborating with the team to drive sales and achieve store targets.

**2. Full-Time Dispense Technician**
In this vital dispensary role, you will support our Pharmacists to provide accurate and timely medication services. Your responsibilities will include:

- Dispensing prescriptions efficiently and accurately.
- Preparing and packing Webster packs.
- Assisting with dispensary stock control and inventory management.
- Delivering exceptional customer care under Pharmacist supervision.

**What We’re Looking For**

We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about customer care and pharmacy excellence.

**Pharmacy Assistant Supervisor**
- Previous pharmacy or retail experience (essential).
- Leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

**Dispense Technician**
- Experience with dispensing software and Webster packing (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
