**What you can expect in a day in this role**:
In this permanent part time role, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Monitor the accuracy of financial transactions and records and compliance with business procedures.
- Identify financial and system discrepancies and resolve according to level of responsibility or feedback to appropriate management.
- Monitor internal account usage and investigate anomalies
- Complete routine records and reports relating to trading and revenue
- Accurately roll the 'end of day' process & handle cash/daily balance
- Monitor daily upgrades and VIP services requirements
- General reception duties including the check in and check out of guests, reservations, guest services and phone enquiries.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Experience with hotel reservations software RMS preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in a front office role or customer service is preferred
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- A flexible approach to working hours over a 7-day roster including weekends, public holidays and evening shifts
