**So, what does the role entail?**

As a Physiotherapist you will:

- Provide allied health and home therapy services for our clients based around the Southeast area of Perth
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
- Work with multidisciplinary team to support our community in their aging journey by providing a range of services encompassing individual and group sessions for our short-term restorative care, Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program etc.
- Work with other therapists and liaise with clients and carers
- Liaise with professional peers for the provision of equipment
- Liaise with professional peers for the provision of modifications
- Complete accurate reporting
- Deliver excellent care for ageing Australians

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Formal qualifications as a Physiotherapist and an unrestricted AHPRA Registration
- Experience in Aged Care and Community Home Care customer service skills is desirable.
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) and current CPR certificate (HLTAID001).
- The right to work in Australia.
- A current driver licence, registration, and access to your own car with comprehensive car insurance.
