**The Opportunity**

We’re on the lookout for a confident, passionate and customer-focused **Casual Retail Sales Assistant** to join our Blacktown team.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team that thrives on storytelling, client experience and exceeding expectations. If you love helping people find the perfect piece and being part of life’s special moments, this is for you.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Delivering unforgettable customer experiences that reflect our brand values
- Driving sales by connecting with customers and understanding their needs
- Showcasing our stunning collections with product knowledge and passion
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Supporting daily store operations including opening/closing and stock handling
- Contributing to a fun, high-performing, and team-first culture

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous retail or customer service experience (jewellery/fashion preferred, not essential)
- Confidence in sales and a natural people person
- Strong communication skills and a team mindset
- Available for **weekends, late nights and key trading periods** (e.g. Christmas, Mother’s Day)
- A genuine love for jewellery and storytelling
