**The Role**

Parttime Position, 3 days per week Tues, Weds and Thurs. Based in Oberon

Use your energy and solution-focused outlook to get people to overcome obstacles and to secure employment. Advocate for our clients and help employers see the advantages of hiring people with disability.

Alongside job seeker support, enjoy getting out on the road. Facilitate the development of opportunities with employers and create strong ties with community stakeholders.

Being new to the employment industry is not a problem. If you have transferable skills, a positive attitude, ability to manage your workload / priorities, experience with a variety of customer relationships and solid administration skills you can succeed with us.

**Duties**
- Get job seekers into jobs.
- Collaborate with the community and Employers to support job seekers.
- Maintain accurate record.
- Generate leads and source vacancies.
- Deliver on KPIs in a high paced environment.
