**About the role**

We are seeking experienced Duty Managers to join our team.

As Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our venue, particularly the Main Bar, providing exceptional customer service and leading a talented team of hospitality professionals.

**What you'll be doing**
- Oversee the daily operations of the main bar, including opening and closing of the venue
- Driving food & beverage sales to achieve the set KPIs
- Manage and coordinate staff schedules and tasks to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain venue standards, policies, and procedures
- Provide leadership and training to support to the team
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive business growth

**What we're looking for**
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Duty Manager or similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong operational and customer service skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in the use of software and technology
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
