**About the Role**:
Join our Dover-based salmon processing facility as a Maintenance Fitter. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our processing site plant and machinery, contributing to our mission of excellence in aquaculture and seafood.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support production by maintaining processing site, plant and machinery;
- Ensure optimum efficiency and product quality;
- Minimise equipment failure in accordance with regulations and company procedures;
- Work on dedicated projects as part of a dynamic team.

**Role Requirements**:

- Proven mechanical fitter, fitter & turner or fabricator preferably with experience in food or pharmaceutical production environments;
- Strong technical aptitude and experienced in fault-finding mechanical and pneumatic issues;
- Familiarity with HACCP food safety requirements (preferred);
- Willing to work afternoons and weekends;
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills, a self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving abilities;
- Demonstrates initiative, drive, and a positive attitude.

**Skills to Enhance Success**:

- CMMS (MEX/Mc global) software experience;
- Knowledge in RCA, PMs and reliability maintenance practices and approach;
- Forklift licence.
